Crisis support:

Please note that I cannot provide crisis support.

For emergencies, or if you are in need of immediate assistance, please contact your nearest hospital or call 000. For 24/7 crisis support, Lifeline can be contacted on 131114.

Sessions are held in a beautiful space surrounded by nature in the western Brisbane suburb of Pullenvale (details will be shared on booking).

In person sessions are currently available on Thursdays.

Telehealth sessions and outdoor sessions are also available.

Please note that I do not offer after-hours sessions.

I acknowledge that I live and work on the lands of the Yuggera and Turrbal people,

in Meanjin/Magandjin (Brisbane). I pay my deepest respects to Elders’ past and present, and recognise the ongoing connection that First Nations people have to land, sea and community.
