Opening up to New Clients in January 2026 - feel welcome to get in touch

‘Trust that which gives you meaning and accept it as your guide’ (Carl G. Jung)

Ferns are among the oldest plant species on earth, tracing back over 300 million years. In the lush subtropical rainforests surrounding Brisbane, native ferns thrive beneath the canopy, embodying resilience and quiet transformation. For the Turrbal and Jagera peoples, Traditional Custodians of the Meanjin/Magandjin (Brisbane) area, these plants hold cultural, medicinal, and spiritual significance. The spiral unfolding of a fern mirrors the cyclical nature of life symbolizing continuous growth and renewal.

How I work
Creating Space

In sessions we create a space where you can feel heard, explore together what you may need and connect with the parts of you that need attention and nourishment.

Therapy is a conversation that offers safety, honesty, authenticity and support to navigate whatever terrain or inner landscape you may be moving through.

My role is to provide a supportive structure to focus on what matters most to you and what you hope to gain from our work together.
My Approach

My style is warm, gentle and collaborative. I work in a client-centred, non-judgmental and process-oriented way. My aim is to create a space where you feel safe, seen, and supported.

I draw on evidence-based approaches such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Schema Therapy and have a special interest in mindfulness-, and nature-based practices. Sessions can be offered outdoors if you are interested.

Sessions are tailored to your own unique needs, guided by your values and goals and move at your own pace.

Nature as a Guide

Nature is a great teacher. In the forest, nothing is rushed. The seasons change at their own pace.
Nature invites us to soften toward ourselves and to trust that even the parts of ourselves that we struggle with hold wisdom.

Spending time in nature can connect us with a deeper sense of belonging, to a place, to ourselves and to life itself.

Through the connection with nature, many people experience a sense of wonder, greater presence, and the feeling of being part of something larger.
